Welcome to Sphere! By having a Sphere account or simply using any of Sphere's services, you fully agree to all of these terms, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other terms on this page. If you disagree with anything, do not visit any of Sphere's websites.
Read through your regional laws to know if you are old enough to have a Sphere account. If you are not old enough, do not create a Sphere account. Sphere is not responsible for any harm happening to users who are not eligable to use Sphere.
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account. Do not misuse Sphere's services or do illegal activities using Sphere's services because Sphere does not take any responsibility.
Some of Sphere's services have a subscription model. You will be clearly informed about the amount, period, and cancelling before any payments occur. Subscriptions are paid in Euros, so a small differnece to the displayed price might occur. Payments are final and there are no refunds unless required by law.
You are not allowed to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit bugs. Harassment, spam, or illegal activity is banned on Sphere's services.
Sphere can suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules. Subscriptions will be continued unless you delete your account. You can delete your account while it is terminated by contacting Sphere's support: support@sp-here.com.
Sphere's services are provided as is. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
Sphere focuses to be complient with EU, Swiss, and US laws. The user's residence's laws apply.
Sphere is not responsible for losses from service downtime or errors. External links are not endorsed; we are not responsible for external content. Content provided by users is their responsibility, not Sphere's. Sphere may update services, terms, and policies at any time; if you continue to use them, you accept.
Sphere can collect any information and usage data you will ever enter in any of Sphere's services. Further info is given in the service-specific terms in the end of this page. Payment information is processed via secure payment providers, we do not store card data.
Your data is linked to you only if it has to be for the service to work. All information we collect stays anonymous if it is possible and inside Sphere. Sphere doesn't sell any data to other companies.
Sphere can share collected data with third-party services only if it is required for the service to work, for legal reasons, or to protect Sphere's rights.
Sphere uses cookies only for services to work. For functional cookies only, no user consent is needed.
Sphere keeps your data as long as your account exist. Anonymous service improvement data is not deleted as it can not be traced back to you.
You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by visiting the account settings contacting Sphere's support: support@sp-here.com.
Sphere can update these terms at any time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you via a notice on our services. Continued use after any changes means acceptance.
